File Formats
- Hi-res PDF – with all fonts embedded (recommended)
- Photoshop files – EPS, PDF, PSD, TIFF
- Illustrator files – Ai, PDF, EPS
- Indesign files – supply all fonts and links

File Setup
- Please name your file with the order reference & size
- Supply your artwork without tick marks unless required on final print
- For multi-panel jobs do not segment your artwork, supply us clear split
instructions and we’ll do the rest - Turn off overprint on all files
- For cut contour jobs, assign the cut as a spot colour and call it : CutContour

Colour Information
- Use Solid Coated Pantone references and hard colour copies as required
- Supply your artwork without tick marks unless required on final print
- Spot colours MUST NOT be renamed
- Vector files supply as CMYK
- Bitmap files can be native RGB or CMYK

Resolution & Scale
- 100 dpi @ full size
- 400 dpi @ 25% scale
- 1000 dpi @ 10% scale
For large banners scale file in phtoshop to 30k pixels. For further advice please contact us

Bleed
- Black back fabric & Decotex – 50mm to each edge
- All other fabric – 20mm to each edge
- PVC / Vinyl – 10mm to each edge
- All rigid substrates – 5mm to each edge
File Transfer
The easiest way to supply your artwork is via email. Send your file to your dedicated account manager or to : customerservice@mediaco.co.uk
Large files can be sent using services such as WeTransfer or WeSendit
Dropbox – right click your file, create a link and send it to us
Easy Artwork/File Upload
- From here choose either Register if you have never used Web Upload or Log on if you are already registered.
- Please ensure you select the correct name from the Account Contact list and the Sales Rep list to ensure we receive an email notification when any new artwork has been uploaded.
